This free guest card, which you receive for stays of two nights or more, offers you a wide range of experiences: Free travel on public transport, guided hikes, discounts on activities and even included mountain railway rides (for stays of three nights or more).
Check-in: from 15:00 - Fast and easy self check-in at our new check-in terminal, allowing for a completely flexible arrival time, even late at night.
Early check-in: Available upon request, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
Check-out: until 11:00 am.
New luggage room: the next glass door to the right of the main entrance, with secure 24/7 access and rentable lockers. This allows you to remain completely independent of reception opening hours.
Secure bike and ski storage room: located through the next glass door to the right of the hotel entrance, accessible 24/7 with your room key card. Store your sports equipment safely and conveniently throughout your stay.
A public parking garage is located directly opposite the hotel (just a 1-minute walk away). Access is via “Fallmerayerstraße 11” or “Maximilianstraße 2a”. Cost: €19.00 for a 24-hour ticket. Two EV charging stations are available.

Our generous breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms and in all areas of the hotel. In case of non-compliance, € 200,- will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged. As unforeseen circumstances can always arise, we strongly recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance.
