We offer the option of SELF-CHECK-IN using a CODE if reception is not staffed (e.g. late arrivals)

Opening hours reservation office from Mon - Fri 07:30 h - 12:00 h and 14:00 h - 18:00 h

Access to the accommodation is secured and closed between 19:00 h and 07:30 h.

NON-SMOKERS - All rooms and public areas are non-smoking areas. Failure to comply with this legal requirement will result in a € 200 cleaning/cleaning fee.

Additional charges may also be incurred for excessive soiling and littering.

Children and rules for cots and extra beds
1-4 years: free of charge in existing beds with parents, from 5 years: only possible in triple rooms (cots and extra beds are not available in this accommodation)

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Pets are not allowed.

Groups - When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and prices may apply. Out of consideration for other guests, we do not accept stag or hen parties or similar groups. We reserve the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-compliance or disturbance of the night's rest.

Accepted methods of payment: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, EC card, cash - cash

A service charge of €10 is payable for invalid/uncovered credit/debit cards.
Please specify a different billing address or company invoice in the "Special Requests" field when booking. Subsequent changes of address will be charged with € 20,- processing fee.
Extra cleaning costs for rooms with above-average soiling / rubbish / rubbish disposal fee € 55,-

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) for private guests and the co-operation agreement for travel agencies apply. Excluded are applications that are agreed in individual contracts. Place of jurisdiction Innsbruck

Cancellation conditions - Cancellations can only be accepted in writing

In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged. As unforeseen events can occur at any time, we recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance.

Rate options:

- Non-refundable rate – special price
Discounted special prices are non-refundable.
The total amount will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking.
In the event of cancellations, changes or no-shows, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

- Flexible rate – cancellable
Bookable with a valid credit card (credit check with €2 transaction fee, non-refundable).
After the specified free cancellation period has expired, the total amount will be debited.

Cancellation periods:

- Low season:
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
After that, 100% cancellation fee.

- High season:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
After that, 100% cancellation fee.
